What We Offer
We offer an integrative approach to patient care that incorporates Eastern medicine into a patient’s already established treatment plan. This allows us to offer complementary treatment modalities that are not often found in Western veterinary practices. We do not offer general veterinary medicine and refer all clientele back to their primary veterinarian for conventional services and procedures.

Referral Process
After you provide the referral form (see below) with the patient’s complete medical record, we’ll take it from there! Below is an outline of what to expect.
Contact Client
Following a veterinary referral, we will email the client to provide additional information on our services and offer to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available at our wellness center in Roanoke, TX or at a client's home (travel fee may apply). We require a deposit when scheduling an appointment. Review Medical Records
We will review all medical records prior to the first appointment to understand the patient's full medical history.
Consultation and/or Treatment
At the appointment, we will work with the client to understand their goals and complete a full Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) exam of the patient. Based on these findings, we will work with the client to develop a treatment plan with the modalities that best match the patient's needs. If the client chooses, the first treatment can be performed during the initial consultation.
Follow-up with Primary DVM
Following each visit, we will provide the referring and/or primary care veterinarian with a copy of the TCVM medical record with details on the treatment plan. Our intent is to continue to work closely with you using an integrative approach to patient care, and applying both Eastern and Western medicine when/where appropriate.
